What is Batberry?

A Blackberry PDA given to a highly trained operations/IT employee, which is called when a mission critical server crashes, usually at night, and superhero type support is required. Sometimes involves late night travel and a sort of techno-combat.
I have the "Batberry" all week, because I'm on call if the <server name> crashes after hours.
The "Batberry" rang and I had to fight with <server or application name> for hours before it <worked correctly>.
