What is Bavarian Malfunction?

A core exercise that was created by Nick Long of NTHXC. The exercise works the muscles of the back. It is done by laying on one's stomach then raising his/her legs, chest, arms, and head off of the ground so that just the stomach is touching. The exercise is commonly incorrectly identified as "supermans."
