A less than complimentary term for females of the Bay area (San Francisco Bay area, CA) who over do the "Bay/Yay" culture and speech, especially when they are anywhere else outside of the Bay area.
"Hey, that new girl you're with is pretty fine"
"Yeah, but she is such a bay-bitch, I expect to see cable cars running over her tits every time she takes off her shirt."
