When you and your lover are standing at least knee-deep (but no deeper than waist-deep) in a body of still, stagnant water (a swamp or bayou is preferable), and one of you makes a buoyant bowel movement in the water, and floats it over to the other as a gift-- the way one would give another a freshly-baked brownie.
