Commonly used when someone makes a complete and total jackass of one's self while trying to act really cool and failing miserably.
When Willie got up on stage in front of a packed crowd and flatfooted to cotton eyed joe and then let someone smash a can over his head, it was apparent to everyone in attendanced that he was truly a bayuka.
