A person named Baz that is functioning at least two levels above his competence. Marked by definable traits of Napoleonic Complex. A real bastard who attains joy in berating the efforts of more competent people who are not as high up the corporate ladder as him.
That guy who demanded that we get the tests completed by 4 PM Thursday was a real Bazhole.
