When poetic/kharmic/lawful justice is administered to a high-profile personality or public servant that usually garners little or no sympathy from the Average Joe. Term derived from using the word "roasted" in it's context.
They roasted VP Dick Cheney for his involvement in offering no-bid contracts to Halliburton and are moving to impeach. THAT's BBQ Justice!
