What is Bd Jam?
1.
Pretty much the best "all virtual" band in existance to date. (<-- Yes this is a biased statement.) Its members come from very different musical backgrounds and have very different musical influences. The band was brought together by a mutual love and appreciation for music. The most interesting fact about BD Jam is that (to date- June 2007) none of its members have formally met. Their correspondance is predominantly through the ever popular video website YouTube. The four core members of the group are from United Kingdom, Brazil, Mexico and Canada. On their shared YouTube channel you will find original compositions as well as their covers from popular artists such as, KT Tunstall, Alanis Morrisette, Jamiroquai, and The Beatles. BD Jam often recognizes other musicians on YouTube and features them as guest artists in their videos. You will note that none of the musicians that make up BD Jam or any feautured musicians read sheet music when composing their part for the finished product. They JAM just like a live band. Though oceans apart, Nanakojo (piano and vocals), Carol (acoustic guitar and vocals), Pook (bass guitar), and Saxy (saxophone) are devoted to making music and bringing it to a growing and appreciative audience.
