A phrase popularized by CJ Shapard and Wayne Espinoza, in the year 2004, while attending USC! The phrase is used when another male is acting rather gay, or like a woman to force them to complete a sometimes stupid and/or dangerous act! But if he refuses to do so..he is not a MAN! So don't puss out, Be a MAN!
