What is Bean Rocket?

Derogatory term to deride a self-modified (usually Japanese car) automobiles particularly those that are held to have been altered in poor taste, spoilers, tinted windows and a last name of the driver in gothic font, done by a beaner or central american.
Usually this BEAN ROCKET is driven by a "cholo" o latino wannabe gangster with loud music (Rap or Reggeaton) and shinny mufflers. (a Rice rocket is driven by an asian dude)
Bean Rockets can be seen driving in Watsonville CA, Salinas CA or East LA or any other city with a latino ghetto where the Bean Rocket is a symbol of status.
Its is a Plane, it is a rice rocket... no it is a Bean Rocket!
