The act of grabbing someone's hips and then then pushing your head into their chest, causing them usually to collapse backwards. Also makes it very difficult for the other person to breath.

Originally used on the film Powerthirstas an extreme sport involving shooting bear heads out of your crotch.

Person 1: Dude your chest is all bruised!

Person 2: I know, I got Bear Blasted.

Person 1: Haha, Bear Blasting is funny
