Prior to intercourse, the male trims or shaves his pubic hairs and keeps them. During sex, before the male ejaculates, he pulls out and ejaculates all over his partners face, and throws his pubic hairs at her. The hairs stick to the ejaculate, hence creating the image of a bear mask.
