The act of sending an email stating your intent to meet up or call your friends within 5 minutes. Not following up on that promise and thereafter not answering emails or calls for 8 hours. Finally an email must be returned in the early hours of the morning. Stating solely "What's up?" without reference to the other party's earlier ignored contact attempts.

We agreed to meet in 5 minutes but she beaubarroned me. Got an email from her at 5 the next morning asking "Whats going on?"
