When one (usually a human), has terrible looking hair. These symptoms usually occur in the morning after the being has woken up from
their sleep. The hair (on the head of course) is very messed up and free. The term "beautiful hair syndrome" is extremely contradictory yet sarcastic.
"Ha! Looks like you've got a case of beautiful hair syndrome."
