Beer mac comes into play when intoxicated and lacking milk to make mac 'n cheese. Instead of creamer, use french vanilla creamer and water, then add two ounces of milwakee's Best or other shit out beer. and a sploop of bacardi Oh3.
Shit we're outta milk and im pissed as shit. lets just use some creamer, beer and water instead of milk.
