What is Beer Runner?

A male/female over the age of 21 who drives to the store to get beer to keep the party going.
Requirements: car, drivers license, and money, and must run really fast, and can't drink till done.
Guy 1 "Dude luckily we had that Beer Runner or that party would have sucked."
