Is a slang term for Berserk.

Meaning to go crazy, mad, angry, "offit" etc is/was a term used in the town Middlesbrough.

It comes from the Norce warriors the Berserkers (or Berserks) who wore coats made from the skin of wolves or bears skin. They were understood to have fought in an uncontrollable rage or trance of fury, hence the modern word berserk.

Tezzer - "I swear down right, i never handed in ma homework in to Sir right and he proper went beezerk on me."
