The mythical wealth status of Michael Jackson, aka Wacko Jacko. The term can also be used for any person who leeches off everyone in sight while pretending they have large amounts of ready cash and assets. Often a begamillionaire's real bills go unpaid unless he can whine long enough and loud enough to get some poor schmuck to pay them.
