Noun: A detestable group or organization. Typically protectionist and primarily concerned with profiteering. e.g. RIAA
Verb: To take abhorrent actions to protect self-interest at the expense of others. Usually to eliminate or ruin the object of those actions for everybody else.
The RIAA and other behole organizations are trying to stamp out music sharing on the internet.
They successfuly beholed napster, and would like to behole every other source.
