similair to becoming beligerant, this is a conidtion which normally strikes when a person becomes offensivly drunk and thusly, over loud, emotional and develops an inate entheusiasm for singing.
as a hysterical condition, this is most common in young women between the ages of 16 and 19, or generally unexperienced drinkers.
