over-the-top melodrama, brought on by one's own stupid actions that is so painfully obnoxious everyone wants to injure you for acting that way. Named for Bella Swan of the Twilight series, who constantly puts herself in ridiculous situations and can't think herself out of a cardboard box.
"Do I love my boyfriend that I've been ridiculously in love with for over a year, or do I love the emotionally manipulative guy who is waiting in the wings that I think of as just a friend? Oh God, choices! I feel just like a Jane Austen character/Juliet!"
