This is due to the fact that people of Bellocan don't train very much and therefore do not have as many high-leveled players. In fact, Mardia and Kradia (servers younger than Bellocan) are ahead in terms of the number of level 200s. It seems Yellonde and Demethos (the 2 newest servers) even have potential to beat Bellocan..

Bellocan is the only server with immigrants in its top five players.
