What is Belpre?

A small town in southeast Ohio, situated on the Ohio River across from Parkersburg, WV. It's known as the second permanent settlement in the Northwest Territory, established in 1789. The town had a population of roughly 6,660 in the 2000 census and occupies approx 3.5 square miles.

Overall Belpre is a nice place to live, but not much to do there.
