What is Belt Girl?

i. Girls who wear skirts so short they could be mistaken for belts.
ii. Girls who generally dress and act like sluts. And act al hard.
iii. Girls who do not speak with correct english but instead use all types of terrible slang.
"Oh gosh look at that belt girl's skirt, could that go up his ass any higher?"
"Darn't Look A May Lark Tha" Said the belt girl in such a heavily accented voice that nobody could understand a word she said.
