To be stood up or ditch by someone, usually on a potential date. Derived from the stereotypical fact that people always wait while sitting on benches when they get stood up. Either that or when you get ditched the only thing left for you to get fucked by is the bench you're sitting on.
"Brian never showed up for our date on Friday, he totally bench fucked me!"
