This is an illusion caused by the contrast with his skin which is blacker than a jews heart. He also has an affinity for scoring that is always overshadowed by the gayest celebration ever to "grace" a football pitch. He points to every person in the crowd that he would like to orally please(not many women there yet the pointing continues).
