to (at least attempt to) flush the toilet mid-stream as one is urinating, using solely one's left foot, maintaining aim of stream into bowl. (This task is damn near impossible, and should be attempted by professionals only, godspeed.)

wtf a bennyflush is pretty much stand one one leg while peeing and try to flush with the other, before you're done pissing ok
