A Bernal Joseph is an unnecessarily long way of saying you got a blowjob. No one knows where this term is derived from but it most likely has something to do with the first letters of each word being "B" and "J". If a person ever uses this expression they probably have never gotten a blowjob before in their life because they don't realize how stupid it sounds.
