strong emotion triggered by a reaction to audio/video from the song "gimme more" and or any realtion to britney spears, or the line "its britney betch."
you suddenly hear one of britney spears old songs like hit me baby one more time, or oops i did it again, and react in an extreme emotion, such as being extremly excited or annoyed, resulting in a betchgasm.
