What is Bifto?

An exclamation of the joy of the moment pertaining to the first inhalation of a cannabis cigarette. A cultural reference to the long running UK advertising campaign for Bisto, a brand of gravy powder. In the commercials the signoff phrase "Ahh... Bisto" was always heard after the characters in the commercial had just smelled the gravy.
