What is Big Freeze?

The theory in which in a quadrillion years, the universe will over-expand and cause everything to freeze, that is assuming somewhere in the universe there isn't some kind of anomoly that creates matter at the same rate as the universe is expanding.
Holy shit, we'll all die in a quadrillion years! The big freeze will get us!
