What is Bi-latch/ Bi-latcher?

someone or something that in general pisses you off. It can be a person, a thing or an act. A bi-latcher can even be a pet peeve.
1) She a Bi-latch because any time im around her she only talk about how gross looking she is, and u kno wut, i agree with her.
