What is Billette?

When in a name, a word describing someone of amazing cognitive and social ability. This includes (but is not limited to) athleticism, an impressive aptitude for learning any subject and the power of good judgement and superhuman reflexes. While not all people of this name are as described, all are individuals set far above the greater personage of the world.
