Billy Baldwins are a reference to shaven men's testicles. I one day overheard my roommate talking on his cell phone and he said something to the effect of "oh, you mean the Bald one's?.." Then it clicked! Your shaved testicle's should be called 'Billy Baldwin's' or even if they are not shaven you could call them your 'Baldwin's'
