It is the act of reapeating a given word or sentence enough that someone tells the person reapeating said word or sentence to be quiet or the said person is exiled from the conversation.
Jim- "dude ted is starting to get on my nerves."
Jeff- "i know what you mean, ill tell a joke and he will just Billy Mays it."
Jim- "sucks dude, lets not invite him next time."
