A non-smokerout drinking in a pubwith a group of smokerswho is left alone, looking like a Billy No-Mates because all of his mates have been forced outside by law to have a smoke. Billy No-Tabs will often consider taking up smoking purely to avoid being left alone watching a load of half-drunk pints. May also be known as Billy No-Fags or Norman No-Smokes

Look at that poor bloke, he's on his own surrounded by other people's drinks, eyeing up the tab machine, he must be a Billy No-Tabs.
