The foul liquid that accumulates in the bottom of bins and smells like vinegar.

The bin bag ripped and pissed binegar all over my trainers.

Binegar: A small amount of food, bubbles or other substance in the corner of the mouth causing undue attraction to anyone that can see it, but unnoticed by the person having a Binegar. See also Gurney Slade
