What is Bingo Fritz?

A very ditsy, discombobulated, idiotic or non-sensical person. Most often used as a noun. "He is a bingo fritz, she is a bingo fritz."
Young man says to his mother "that was a pretty informed response to my question, impressive, do you actually read the Economist....? Mother replies, "yes, what do you think I am, a bingo fritz?"
