What is Bin-jacked?

If you're at an amusement park, such as Cedar Point, and you put your backpack or something in the ride bins, usually found on bigger rides like "Top Thrill Dragster," "Wicked Twister," or "Millennium Force."
Dude 1: I'm gonna go put my hat in the bin.
Dude 2: Watch out dude, you might get bin-jacked!
