What is Binky The Wonder Dog?

Binky is an amaginary dog created out of utter boredom in 1992 at Vitos III in Toledo, Oh.- He is half Chihuahua, half Malamute, half Weimariner- He's a whole 'lotta dog.- He also has a hare lip, with the resultant "mark, mark" heard when he wants attention. His presence at Vitos nearly caused the co-owner to go insane, and nearly got her a food safety violation- his water and food dish were in the back room.
He still can be found every once in a while, usually in the vicinity of Matt M. at Vito's I
