An unfortunate being which possesses no, or little, self awareness.
it simultaneously:
-shys away from punctuality;
-has no recognition of sound
-has no recognition of the silent function on a mobile
-cannot turn on/off a laptop
-flouts all of Grice's Maxims
-destroys lives and sets people up for failure
A generic definition would simply be... the worst kind of person.
