What is Birthday Slut?

A female who makes it blatantly obvious that it is her birthday. She is usually found wearing an "Its my birthday" shirt, a tiara, and other skanky garb in order to draw attention to herself. This girl is easily found at parties trying to draw the attention of everyone in the room.
Max: "Damn look at that birthday slut!"
b-day slut: (screaming to the world) "Its my birthday!!!"
