A phrase used usually in a string of obscenities from Georgian Civil Servants. No underlying meaning, solely an obscenity placeholder. ie. Georgian vernacular.
"What in the shit is this? ...Nuh uh, no, you tell her to go'on and bitch sniff it." yelled a pink in the face, good ole southern Georgia boy from his cubicle.
