another term for scabies. usually given before actual diagnosis (scabies is often misdiagnosed as dermititis). the bitchy itchies really suck and causes constant horrid itching which leads to becoming incredibly bitchy all the time.
this term could be used to describe any horribly itchy rash that seems to not go away easily, but the nature of scabies suits it well.
"dude don't get your bitchy itchies on me!!"
"still got the bitchy itchies man?"
