To state way too much information in a generic conversation. To be more explicit than should be allowed. To surpass what's socially acceptable in a conversation by two or three sentences.
Peter Griffin talked about how he loved how Lois Griffin did certain things in bed in front of his children in way too much detail. He totally bittnered that conversation.
