When people on your AOL or AIM list, that can instant message you, send you greeting cards, and can view you on their list. Those that are not on your list, you're online, but for them.. you're viewed as "not currently signed on." although you are.
Ashley: What are you doing? Rissey: Talkin' to Kina. Ashley: She's not on.. Rissey: Yes she is, I can look at her name and what not. Ashley: On my list, she doesn't appear to be online. Rissey: You must be not be on her buddylist. She's BL only.
