(Blah-Bull) Talking on and on in a round about, incoherant way. Often very difficult to interpret and quickly spouted from the mouth. A word mainly used to describe drunken banter and the words of crazy homeless people. Similar to it's cousin word, "
i.e.
The homeless man declared, "I am standing on the corner of walk, don't walk!!!", and then began to blabbel in a loud, disruptive way.
