Blabbel Edit Meaning

(Blah-Bull) Talking on and on in a round about, incoherant way. Often very difficult to interpret and quickly spouted from the mouth. A word mainly used to describe drunken banter and the words of crazy homeless people. Similar to it's cousin word, "babble", however "blabbel" is much more animalistic in form and is so hard to understand that the best advice would be to record and review at a later time.

i.e.

The homeless man declared, "I am standing on the corner of walk, don't walk!!!", and then began to blabbel in a loud, disruptive way.
