Not to be confused with slang, the blaccent is identified by the way words are prounounced...not the words themselves.

Me: He spoke with a blaccent.

The accent every black person has. You can always tell, even if talking on the phone or on the radio. Black people all have this accent, like a person from the south has an accent. It is not something anyone non-black should ever hold in high regard. White people cannot have blaccents, but some do speak ghetto, which is quite different.
Him: hey there! aks me a question.
Me: Are you a black?
Him: yes, how could you tell?
Me: You have a blaccent, it's very obvious.
