Usually is found wearing hip-hop brand or style of clothing, spontaneously breaks out in dance (popping and locking). May frequently be heard shouting urban slang such as, "Holla at your boy!" or simply, "Holla!"
Hence, combination of the words: black, latino, and chinese.
