Often refers to the bartender in red suspenders shown in Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" video. The bartender is known for his fine dancing and even finer glass cleaning skills. Also known for looking a lot like Barack Obama.

Oh man, dude, I got Rick Rolledyesterday and I still have no idea why at 2:07 into the song a black man jumps onto a fence. I also have no idea why people would hire the black bartender who dances while cleaning. He has mad moves.
